Bake potatos at 350 degrees for one hour. Scoop out potatos and mash with butter, milk and salt/pepper. Put the mashed potatos back into the potato skins and top with sharp cheddar cheese. Return to oven and bake until cheese melts (about 30 minutes).
Mix one pound of ground sirloin beef with one can of tomato sauce, one beaten egg, chopped onions, salt/pepper, and chopped green peppers. With your hands, shape into a loaf and put in a loaf pan. Pour tomato sauce on top and bake in a 350 degree oven for about one hour. Cool slightly, then slice.
