Take round steak, pound with meat tenderizer, roll in flour, and paint with tomato paste. Press onions and green pepper rings into meat. Cover.

    Lib made hers with garlic, and sprinkled onions instead of pressing them into the meat. Kayla made hers like Ma Harris.
