Open Face Lunch Sandwich 11/19/2009

Toast bread on one side–turn over–spread with mayonnaise, sliced tomatoes, sliced cheese, 2 strips of bacon (cooked nearly done) crossed. Put under broiler 3-5 minutes until fat and bubbly. May be fixed well in advance of broiling. Makes a whole meal with a salad.
