Ingredients: uncooked lasagna noodles, cheese filling (cottage cheese, ricotta, shredded mozzarella, shredded parmesan, 1 egg, parsley, oregano, garlic salt and lemon pepper to taste), vegetables (spinach, carrots, yellow squash), tomato sauce (any brand).
Directions: Chop all vegetables in a food processor, and press out excess liquid, set aside. Mix all the cheeses with the egg and spices, set aside. Fill baking dish with layers starting with sauce, then pasta, then cheese filling, then vegetable mixture, continue until dish is filled. Bake, covered with foil, at 375°F for 30 minutes. Let stand at least 10 minutes before serving.
