Corned Beef and Cabbage with New Potatoes 11/19/2009

Buy a slab of corned beef in a seasoned package. Put it in a dutch oven with green cabbage quarters, and new potatoes with several bottles of beer (ale style preferred). Cover with tin foil and bake at 325°F for several hours until the potatoes are cooked and the corned beef is stringy.
